In this experiment, water was poured into jars and the jars were labelled with different words. As a result, water exposed positive words resulted in aesthetically pleasing and geometrical water crystals (as shown in the picture), whereas water exposed to negative words formed disfigured water crystals. The crystals was captured using high speed camera. This reveals a lot about us too. Up to 60% of human body is composed of water. If a small jar of water can be affected so much merely by a label, imagine the impact of our thoughts on ourselves! Knowing this, you may want to reconsider the tone and the message you have for yourself everyday. As a human being, we should learn to have empathy and relate to others without judgement, just like water, nourishing all without discrimination. In the workshop, we explored the beauty of water - formless and shapeless. Although passive, water can move through all things. Whilst gentle, water can wear away rocks. It flows without any resistance, it nourishes all things without any judgements. In the second picture, you can see water crystals from the experiment carried out by Japanese author Masaru Emoto.
